In a bold move, they pivoted their business focus to cold storage solutions, marking the birth of Jurong Cold Store (JCS). By 1996, JCS had built its first warehouse, quickly expanding to become a leader in automated cold chain logistics, with one of Singapore’s first Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).

For 16 years, Mr. Lee personally oversaw farm operations, ensuring that every shrimp harvested met the highest standards of freshness and quality.
